Below are the current prices per month, including VAT. You pay in arrears: on the 1st of the month you receive an invoice for the previous month, calculated pro rata per day.
What do I pay?
With Personal you pay per charging point (each port of your station) and per active card. With Pro you also pay a fixed amount per month, which includes a number of units; each unit above that is charged separately. A charging point counts once the station has connected at least once.
Are the prices including VAT?
Yes, the amounts include VAT; the amount excluding VAT is shown below it. The invoice shows the subtotal, the VAT and the total separately.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. An upgrade to Pro takes effect immediately: from that day you pay the Pro prices pro rata. You do need a payment method for it. Going back to Personal is also immediate, once you have only one station, no units, no other admins and no open invitations.
How do I pay?
By direct debit from your bank account or by credit card, through Mollie. You set up your payment method with a payment of €0.01 via iDEAL or credit card. Cards you order from us are paid for when you order them.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your subscription continues until the end of the month, and until then you can still withdraw the cancellation. After that your stations are archived and your cards stop working. You receive one last invoice for the final month on the 1st.
