Connect your own domain

With Pro you can offer the app under your own brand and domain (whitelabel). Your members then open the app on, for example, charging.yourcompany.com, with your own name, logo and colours. Only the owner of the account can set this up.

1. Enter your domain

   Go to Account and find the Custom domain card. Enter your domain name, for example charging.yourcompany.com, and choose Connect.

2. Create the CNAME record

   At your DNS provider, create a CNAME record from your domain to custom.denkcharge-staging.denkbot.app. That target is the same for everyone. The record must point to it directly, not through another CNAME record.

3. Create the TXT record

   Also create a TXT record named _denkcharge. plus your domain (for example _denkcharge.charging.yourcompany.com), with the value the app shows. That value is unique to your domain and proves the domain is yours.

4. Wait for verification

   The status starts as "Waiting for DNS". DenkCharge checks the records every 10 minutes; with Check again you start the check right away. A DNS change can take a few hours. Once the domain is verified, you see "Your app is available at" with your domain.
